Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Do2Nite venue subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled. It applies to recurring subscription purchases made on do2nite.com. For full terms, see the Do2Nite Terms of Service.
Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal
Do2Nite venue subscriptions are recurring. When you subscribe, you authorize Do2Nite to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Your renewal date is the same calendar date as the date you first subscribed.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly: $50, billed monthly
- 3-Month: $120 every 3 months
- 6-Month: $210 every 6 months
- Annual: coming soon
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time from your Do2Nite venue dashboard. Cancellation stops all future renewals.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep full access to your subscription features through the last day of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not received within the grace period, your subscription is set to inactive until payment is resolved. Your venue page data and event history are retained during this time.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment by emailing inquiries@do2nite.com. This applies to first-time subscriptions only, not renewals or reactivations, and is subject to the conditions in the Terms of Service.
Price Changes
We will notify you at least 30 days before any change to your subscription price, by email to the address on your account.
