Shipping policy

This policy covers physical merchandise (apparel) ordered through Do2Nite. Venue subscriptions are digital services and do not ship.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.


Made-to-Order Production

Do2Nite apparel is custom and made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Each item is produced after you order it. Production typically takes a few business days before your order ships, and is separate from shipping transit time.


Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the option you select. You will see the available shipping options and the cost before you complete your order. Delivery time depends on your location and the service chosen. Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address on your order.


Canada Orders, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Accurate Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
