Refund policy

This policy covers physical merchandise (apparel) purchased through Do2Nite. It does not cover venue subscriptions; subscription refunds are addressed in the Do2Nite Terms of Service (the 7-day money-back guarantee and cancellation terms).


Made-to-Order Apparel

All Do2Nite apparel is custom, made-to-order, and produced by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is printed for you individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, for an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or for the natural variations that result from the printing process. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before ordering.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are entitled to a free replacement or a refund.

To start a claim, report the issue directly through the email you receive from our production partner, Printify, within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo that shows the problem. You do not need to return the item. Once the claim is approved, you may choose a replacement or a refund.


What Is Not Covered

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color selected by the customer
  • A change of mind after ordering
  • Normal characteristics of the printing or decoration method, which are not considered defects
  • Damage that happens after delivery through wear, washing, or misuse

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. When the issue is our error or a production defect, the original shipping charges for that item are refunded as well.
